Summary: Up till now, Juli Batllevell i Arús has been one of the least known and least studied collaborators of Antoni Gaudí. He worked on individual projects alongside the Reus architect on the Casa Calvet and the Park Güell. However, he did not become his disciple, unlike Francesc Berenguer, Joan Rubió i Bellver or Josep M. Jujol, but remained using a plurality of styles, from Modernsim to Eclecticism and the subsequent Noucentisme, aesthetic choices which he adapted to the conditions of each commission and, even of every city where he worked.
